Figma Professional is a plan that allows you to create unlimited Teams and Team Projects, as well as Figma/FigJam files. Available features: ⁃ Unlimited files and projects ⁃ Access to Dev Mode ⁃ Ability to embed video in Prototypes ⁃ Variables and conditions available in prototypes ⁃ FigJam ⁃ Project password protection ⁃ Team libraries ⁃ Prototype sharing permissions ⁃ Audio conversations ⁃ Prototype sharing permissions ⁃ Unlimited version history ⁃ Shared and private projects # Terms of Service 1. Scope of Service. The Provider offers the Client an intermediary service, which consists of providing an email address that meets the current requirements for the Client to independently activate the “Figma Professional Edu” plan. 2. No Affiliation. The Provider is not a developer of the Figma service, nor a representative or partner of Figma Inc.; trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners. 3. Figma Terms Subject to Change. The parameters, rules, and availability of the “Figma Professional Edu” plan are determined by Figma Inc. and may be changed by the company. According to clause 9.1 of its Terms of Service ([https://www.figma.com/legal/tos/](https://www.figma.com/legal/tos/)), Figma has the right to make changes at any time by publishing the updated version on its website. 4. Scope of the Provider's Responsibility. The Provider’s obligations are limited to properly supplying the Client with an email address that meets Figma’s requirements at the time of service delivery. Subsequent changes to Figma's conditions or service parameters do not constitute a deficiency in the Provider’s service and do not obligate the Provider to maintain or provide the specified plan in the future.
